First reduce the breakfast that you take in the morning.If your body gets accustomed to it then you may proceed towards the next step .
The next steps is of controlling the meals in a day.You need to reduce this frequency of meals as it may lead to the various health problems.
It would be better for the weight loss process if you take only 3 or 4 meals in a day.
If you follow controlled diet regime strictly then you would be able to achieve the desired weight loss within the stipulated time.
